So - after much tracking and searching - the stolen sales letter was located and so was the person who published it; John Khem. However, John Khem explained to us that he was not the 'tobeyc' on Get a Freelancer who purchased the services for the sales letter. He did purchase the sales letter from tobeyc and was told that it was written by him.
So, the culprit is 'tobeyc' which we will continue to track until we find him. However, John Khem agreed to pay $100 for the sales letter after being provided with proof that the sales letter was NOT written by 'tobeyc' but was written by Samantha Cummings. He was then provided with all rights of the sales letter.
Unfortunately - tobeyc has still gotten away with what he has done up until this point. As soon as there is more information available - you'll find out first!
