So - after much tracking and searching - the stolen sales letter was located and so was the person who published it; John Khem. However, John Khem explained to us that he was not the 'tobeyc' on Get a Freelancer who purchased the services for the sales letter. He did purchase the sales letter from tobeyc and was told that it was written by him.
So, the culprit is 'tobeyc' which we will continue to track until we find him. However, John Khem agreed to pay $100 for the sales letter after being provided with proof that the sales letter was NOT written by 'tobeyc' but was written by Samantha Cummings. He was then provided with all rights of the sales letter.
Unfortunately - tobeyc has still gotten away with what he has done up until this point. As soon as there is more information available - you'll find out first!

Fery Kurniawan Tjahyono - Blog Post Thief
Looks like we have another copyright thief - but this robber stalks blogs!!! Having been called out by at least one writer, Fery apologized and the incident was considered a mistake. He had stolen at least 2 blog posts from master copywriter Danny Brown word for word! When Danny asked him to remove the blogs, Fery claimed it was an innocent mistake (although how stealing someone's blog posts can be a mistake is unknown) and he removed the blogs.
However, Danny was contacted by a fellow blogger who had experienced the same theft by Fery Kurniawan Tjahyono!!! This blogger then posted a blog about the theft of her work and was contacted by Fery Kurniawan Tjahyono who claimed a friend had stolen the blogs by mistake!?!? WHAT? How do you steal something by mistake? You must first accidentally visit the original bloggers page, copy the work by mistake, then paste it into your own blog's editing program and accidentally push PUBLISH? NO MISTAKE HERE! Then, Fery Kurniawan Tjahyono had the nerve to contact this blogger and accuse her of tarnishing his reputation!!! YOU are doing a good enough job of that on your own Fery. Back off of real bloggers' works and hire a writer if you can't write your own stuff.
Fery Tjahyono's blog is called One Behind and it's obvious why! These stolen works are not mistakenly posted on his blog - they are a deliberate attempt for Fery Kurniawan Tjahyono to make adsense money! This is a complete and utter outrage. What Happened: 'John Khem' hired me to write a sales letter for his 'Facebook PPC Secrets' eBook on get a freelancer. I asked for half payment up front but when the client seemed hesitant, I gave in. He claimed that he was a 'business man' and that he would need additional work. Therefore, I did the work he requested. It took two days and 'tobeyc' was in contact with me the whole time. Once I was finished, I did a small revision which included changing the headline for him. Then, I sent the completed work.
After that, I heard nothing. I sent a PayPal invoice, three reminders and three e-mails to John Khem asking for payment. Still nothing. I work as a writer to support my family and can't afford to have clients steal work from me. Sure enough, a search of the headline which I included in the sales letter led me to John Khem's site, http://facebookppcsecrets.com/ where he proudly has MY STOLEN sales letter displayed along with his book for sale. Each book he is charging $27 for. Don't order the book, just contact me here and I'll gladly send you a copy since he gave it to me for research. This will continue until I receive my payment for the sales letter.
Interested copywriters can e-mail the same addresses and I will forward all correspondence I had with the client. Communication was great until the finished sales letter was sent. Then I heard nothing from John Khem. It is absolutely unprofessional and while he claimed to be a businessman, I would say he's closer to an uneducated con-artist who not only steals work but is now trying to make money from it. As a professional copywriter, I typically try to charge clients 50% of the total cost upfront. Many people don't do this and have probably been screwed once or twice. I have been cheated out of work that took hours to create and I wanted to have a source that writers can check and vent...if you are not getting paid up-front for your work, check here to see if your client is a deadbeat BEFORE doing the work.
